I welcome you to my house which will be yours for this short time. I tried to make it as comfortable as possible by thinking about all my needs when I’m traveling.
 
I hope I succeeded in order to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
 
During your stay, act as if you were at your house and don’t worry if you have to ask me some questions … I’m pleased! I will be happy to give you all the advice you are looking for on places to visit and restaurants where you can taste some typical dishes of our area.
 
You are located in the Terminetto district about 2km from the sea, within 1 km there are 2 supermarkets and a shopping center, 2 pharmacies and 1 McDonald’s with McDrive.
 
The area is quiet, residential, close to the Viareggio Porto exit of the expressway.
 
At your disposal you have: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and espresso machine.
 
For WI-FI (fiber optic) connection the accesses are on the back of the router on the white cabinet next to the TV.
 
In the living room and in the master bedroom there is air conditioning, both splits are controlled with a single remote control that you can find on the wall in front of the kitchen.
 
You can also take advantage of Netflix channels from the TV in the room.

Household Rules

 
 
In order to let you stay in comfort it is better to know all the rules which must be respect inside the house during the stay. For further info please don’t hesitate to contact me.
 
Smoking
It is severely forbidden to smoke inside the house.
 
Personal stuff
The guest should pay attention to the valued goods left in the apartment. I am not responsible for any missing item.
 
Damage or missing items
Any damage caused after ascertaining responsibility must be compensated by the guest. Any missing item from the rooms will be charged to the guest.
 
Reccomandation and prohibitions
Proper use of toilet is recommended. Please avoid throwing absorbents, cotton buds and other objects into the wc which might clog it.( please use the bins).
We reccomend also :
  • turn off the light all the time you leave the room
  • don’t keep the windows opened while outside
  • don’t keep the charger in while not in use
  • don’t leave the taps open( water is a primary goods)
  • switch off the air conditioner when you leave the house
  • please keep the TV volume at certain tone in order to avoid to disturb the neighbors
  • evrey now and then check the air conditioning water cans that are located on the balconies near the air conditioner motor and kindly empty them when they are full
 
Silence and calmness
In conformity with the house and police rules we kindly ask you for being silence between 2pm and 4pm and also from 10pm to 8 am.
 
Internet and Wi-Fi
The house has Wi-Fi connection for the guest house. We won’t have any responsibility in case of some disruption partially or totally by electricity , water , internet connection and phone.
 
Information on Separate Waste Collection
 
Separate wate collection is done in this structure. This is the retreat calendar:
 
Tuesday: Glass (green bin)
 
Wednesday: Compost (brown bin) / Rubbish -rest of watw (black sack)
 
Friday: Plastic-Aluminium/ Paper
 
Sunday: Compost (brown bin)
 
Both paper and plastic bags and bins will need to be placed on the sidewalk near the exit bar.
 
This regulation is intended to create harmony between the guest and the owner of the house.
 
We all care that our house is treated well with respect and everyone is pleased to find a cozy, comfortable and clean home, equipped with all the services that meets your expectations.

Viareggio is a beautiful sandy corner in Versilia, known mainly for the Carnival, the sea and Puccini’s music. Versilia is a place that brings peace with the mountains in the background, the white quarries in the distance and the rows of umbrellas always elegant.
 
But in addition to enjoying our beaches and our sea Viareggio will be an excellent starting point for many unmissable cultural and entertainment destinations for you.
 
To easily reach these destinations, if you are by car, the closest access to the SS1 is the Viareggio Sud entrance which is located a few meters from the house.
 
Pietrasanta
 
Distance: Km 10 ( about 15 minutes by car )
 
The city of Pietrasanta is a real jewel, where every corner gives surprises. Strolling through Pietrasanta, you can breathe art with the many open-air exhibitions, art galleries and sculpture workshops among the most famous in the world.
The city is the centre of the activity of internationally famous artists ( including Botero and Mitoraj ) and for this called the “Little Athens”.
